True luxury takes time. Because your heels are being individually fabricated to your comfort specifications and rigorously quality-tested, please allow a 3–4 week window for production and delivery.
📐 The Bespoke Sizing Process: MHYK footwear runs strictly true to size. If you typically wear a half size (e.g., 7.5), we strongly recommend sizing up to the next full size (e.g., Size 8) for the perfect custom fit. Once your order is secured, you will receive a direct email from us within 24 hours to collect your unique anatomical requirements (width, arch support, and comfort notes) before construction begins.
