Fast Shipping on In-Stock Collections
Aside from our custom-crafted footwear, all apparel, hosiery, and ready-to-wear boutique items are fully stocked in-house at our design studio.
  • Processing: Orders are confirmed and prepared within 24 hours.
  • Dispatch: Your package will ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: We provide Complimentary Free Shipping across the United States via trusted premium carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Made-to-Order Footwear Exceptions
To maintain the highest level of exclusivity and custom craftsmanship, select footwear pieces require dedicated production time:
  • The Envy Emerald Mules: This specific style is custom-crafted tailored just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for our artisans to hand-make your pair before shipment.
  • Tracking: You will receive a dedicated tracking link the exact moment your custom shoes leave our studio.

Order Tracking & Updates
  • Confirmation: A confirmation email will arrive in your inbox within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Tracking: A second email containing your carrier tracking number will be sent as soon as your package is dispatched.
